5. Cancellation and refund policy

If we cancel a confirmed booking due to operational reasons, we will use reasonable efforts to offer an alternative time slot or a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled service, subject to applicable law and any non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred at your request.

Where services have already been partially performed, refunds will be limited to the unperformed portion, if any, after deducting reasonable costs already incurred.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the Client retains ownership of original content supplied by the Client, including scripts, recordings, images, logos, and other materials provided by the Client. However, by using our services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, store, process, and modify such materials solely for the purpose of providing the services.

Any edited audio, video, production files, or deliverables created by us may be subject to separate ownership or usage terms specified in the booking confirmation, invoice, or written agreement. If no special agreement exists, the Client receives a non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables for its intended podcast and promotional purposes after full payment, subject to any third-party rights and applicable law.

You represent and warrant that any content you provide does not infringe the intellectual property rights, moral rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights of any third party.

8. Data protection and privacy

We may collect, use, store, and process personal data relating to Clients, guests, speakers, and other participants in connection with bookings, communications, billing, studio access, and service delivery. Such processing may include names, contact details, payment information, session details, technical logs, and recorded audio or video where applicable.
